There was a lack of accountability for final results and prices were inflated. Gabriel Shaoolian, then part of a large digital agency decided to go out on his own and founded Blue Fountain Media to address the needs of small-, mid-, and large- size businesses alike: ROI-driven design, development, and marketing services.
